2. Scope of Services

This website serves exclusively to provide information regarding our full-service vacation rental management services for property owners in San Diego County and surrounding areas, and to facilitate property management inquiries.

3. Communications & SMS Terms

North Coast Vacation Properties, LLC DBA SoCal Vacay may use SMS/text messaging to communicate with you regarding your property management inquiry. By providing your phone number and checking the optional consent boxes on our inquiry form, you acknowledge and agree to the following messaging terms:

Message types: By opting in, you can expect to receive messages related to your property management inquiry, including property evaluation updates, responses to your questions, rental revenue projections, scheduling reminders, and occasional promotional offers regarding our vacation rental management services.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 760-766-2297. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & data rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive up to 8 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Optional Participation: Consent to receive text messages or calls is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service or receiving a property evaluation. We do not share, sell, lease, or rent mobile numbers or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

When submitting an inquiry form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information. You represent that you are the lawful owner or authorized agent of any property submitted for management evaluation.

All text, graphics, logos, images, design elements, and brand logos (including the SoCal Vacay logo) are the intellectual property of North Coast Vacation Properties, LLC DBA SoCal Vacay or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
